SouthWest Management has been operating in Grayson County since 1993. Though we specialize in single-family residential homes, we are also experienced in taking care of multi-family residential homes, apartment complexes, and both single- and multi-unit commercial complexes.

Depending on the needs of each property, we can offer services ranging from a simple one-time lease all the way up to a full-service multi-year contract. We can provide any of – but are not limited solely to – the following:

  • Renting/leasing of property
  • Collection of rents and fees
  • Handling of all funds related to property and providing homeowner with an Income and Expenditure printout detailing all account activity
  • Overseeing all maintenance and repair work for property and handling all vendors
